I've been hankering for some whimsy and ornaments to add interest and another layer of aesthetic enjoyment to my gardens. I realized I do have a bit of garden whimsy -- indoors. This little critter came tucked inside a tiny knit stocking as a Christmas ornament, but I've been using it as a plant pot decoration ever since. So my garden whimsy collection is already begun!
The plant is a succulent that I do not know the name of. It has tiny beads for its leaves, and when a stem gets too long and breaks off, you just tuck it into the soil and it will take root.
